تم توقيع عقود ثلاثة منح ضمن برنامج منح المساعدات للمشاريع الأهلية والأمن الإنساني (GGP) اليوم من قبل سفير الشؤون الفلسطينية وممثل اليابان لدى فلسطين السيد ناكاشيما يوئيتشي وممثلي ، بلدية كوبر , ومجلس قروي مجدل بني فاضل و مجلس قروي جلبون كل على حدا، في مقر الممثلية اليابانية في رام الله ، وقد بلغت القيمة الاجمالية للتمويل 009و250 دولار.
سوف تستستخدم بلدية كوبر منحة قيمتها 77940 دولار لتوسيع شبكة المياه في البلدة وتوصيل المياه الى 50 عائلة إضافية , يهدف المشروع الى تسهيل الوصول الى المياه وتحسين جودتها من خلال تمديد 1560 متر من الانابيب المجلفنة تحت الارض فيعدة مواقع في القرية غير موصولة حاليا بشبكة المياه .
وسوف يستستخدم مجلس قروي مجدل بني فاضل منحة بقيمة 90810 لتوسيع شبكة الكهرباء في القرية لخدمة ما يقارب 120 عائلة من خلال توريد محول كهرباء بقوة 400kVA وانشاء خطوط ضغط عالي بطول 910 متر وخطوط ضغط منخفض طول 80 متر .
كما سيستخدم مجلس قروي جلبون منحة بقيمة 81259 دولار من اجل توسيع المركز الصحي في القرية من خلال إضافة غرف جديدة في المركز لخدمة الأهالي وتسهيل عمل الطاقم العامل في المركز الصحي .
وهنأ السيد ناكاشيما يوئيتشي كل من بلدية كوبر ,ومجلس قروي مجدل بني فاضل ومجاس قروي جلبون , وتمنى لهم جميعا التوفيق والنجاح في المشروع. وأكد التزام اليابان الثابت في دعم الشعب الفلسطيني من منظور الأمن الإنساني وكذلك على أهمية تنفيذ مشاريع التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية اللازمة للمجتمعات الفلسطينية.
ومنذ عام 1993، قدمت حكومة اليابان مساعدات إنمائية رسمية بقيمة ما يقارب 2.3. مليار دولار للفلسطينيين. وقد صيغت مشاريعGGP بالتعاون مع السلطة الفلسطينية من خلال وزارة المالية والتخطيط منذ عام 2010.

Grant Signing Ceremonies for three GGP Projects in Palestine
Funded by the Government of Japan
Grant Contracts for three Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGP) were signed today by Mr. NAKASHIMA Yoichi Ambassador for the Palestinian Affairs and Representative of Japan to Palestine, and the representatives of Kobar Municipality, and Majdal Bani Fadel village council, and Jalboun village council at the Representative Office of Japan to Palestine in Ramallah, for a total amount of USD 250,009.
Kobar Municipality will use a fund of USD 77,940 to expand water supply network in Kobar to serve additional 50 households. It aims at improving the access to water by installing 1560m of galvanized steel pipes in deferent suburb areas that are currently not connected to the existing water network.
Majdal Bani Fadel village council will use the fund of USD 90,810 to expand the electricity network in the village. To enhance the access to electricity for 120 households, approximately 720 people, in Majdal Bani Fadel, installing a 400kVA transformer, a 910-meter high-voltage line, and an 80-meter low-voltage line in the northern part of the village where electricity supply is currently weak.
And Jalboun village council will use the fund of USD 81,259 to construct two examination rooms, a nursing room, a waiting room, a storage room, and two toilets at the Jalboun medical center. This expansion will enable timely and appropriate examinations and treatments, ultimately improving access to medical care for the village and its surrounding residents.
Mr. NAKASHIMA Yoichi congratulated, representatives of, Kobar Municipality and Majdal Bani Fadel village council and Jalboun village council, and wished them success in their projects. He emphasized Japan’s firm commitment of supporting Palestinian people from human security perspective as well as the importance of implementing social and economic development projects needed for Palestinian communities.
Since 1993 the Government of Japan has extended its official development assistance amounting to approximately USD 2.3 billion, to the Palestinians. GGP projects have been formulated in collaboration with the Palestinian Authority through Ministry of Finance and Planning since 2010.
